The price includes private use of the villa and facilities. Luxury bed linens, bath towels, and swimming pool and beach towels are also included, with linens changed weekly by housekeeping. Rooms are cleaned three times a week, and the pool and gardens are maintained once a week. Utilities and in-villa amenities such as WiFi and AC in all rooms are also included. You can get in touch with the manager 24/7 for essential maintenance or emergencies.
Check-in is usually from 4 pm, and check-out is by 10 am. Arriving and departing outside of those times is subject to villa bookings and availability. Please get in touch with your desired check-in/check-out times, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Yes, high-speed WiFi is available in every room and supplied free of charge during your stay.
Yes, however, this will need to be arranged in advance. Please inform us as soon as possible if you need to store luggage before or after your stay.
For your peace of mind, all payments are secured with a legally binding contract. Safety at the villa is ensured with a 24hr security service, available during emergencies.
